Returns If you need to return a product, please email us. You must include your name and contact details, reason for return and include the purchase receipt. Tags must remain on the item and it must not be used.
Handbag Queen will replace or refund goods with any manufacturing fault within seven (7) days of you receiving the goods.
Refunds Credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges unless a product is faulty on arrival and returned, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging. While we are positive you will love every one of our products, please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
Postage and Delivery
Postage will be automatically calculated when doing checkout, this is calculated on the total weight of your order and also your address (Post Code) in accordance with Australia Post.
All transactions in Australian Dollars
Purchases will be posted via Australia Post within 24 hours once payment is received. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery on parcels unless specified express post. For other parcels delivered by express post please allow 2-5 working days. The utmost care is taken with every parcel to make sure your product is delivered in original condition; however we don’t take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels caused by Australia Post.
